Zuhura Othman Soud, better known by her stage name Zuchu, is a Tanzanian singer and songwriter born in Zanzibar. Based in Dar es Salaam, she is signed to the WCB Wasafi record label. Zuchu gained rapid popularity, earning the Silver Plaque Button from YouTube for surpassing 100,000 subscribers within a week.
Her latest release, “Siji,” features Pholoso “TOSS” Ramajoe, an emerging musical talent from Tsakane. Toss, often described as a New Age Pantsula, blends traditional Kwaito culture with modern influences.
