Ekene Okonkwo is a deep worship leader driven with strong passion to see the reality of the manifestations of God in our days like it was in the bible days. He believes in the release of the transforming power of God through raising kingdom sound.
Ekene’s passion is worship and his objective is to ‘lift up the name of Elohim and bring people closer to Jesus the Christ. He belives he has been called by grace and anointed by God to bring the kingdom good news accross the nations of the world
He has served in various capacities from chorister to worship leader to music director in Greater Glory Assembly (Makurdi).He presently serves with The Citizens Church (TCC) in Abuja with Pastor Peter Balogun.
Over the years in his music career, he has followed and has been imparted by great worship leaders in the likes of; Nathaniel Bassey, Elijah Oyelade, Chris Delvan, Chris Morgan and others.
His Debut Single “TAKE YOUR PLACE” is a song birthed by the spirit of God. It is a call to every beliver in every nation of the world to surrender completely to Elohim and allow Him take His rightful place in their lives, familes, Career, Economies and every other aspect.
